# Fee Schedule

| Fee Type        | Rate            | Description                                                                                        |
| --------------- | --------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Deposit Fee     | 0%              | Applied on deposit. Deducted from the deposit amount before shares are minted.                     |
| Exit Fee        | 0%              | Applied on withdrawal. Deducted from the withdrawal amount before USDC is transferred.             |
| Performance Fee | 0.5% annualised | Collected by minting new shares to the fee collector address. Capped at `MAX_PERFORMANCE_FEE_BPS`. |

Performance fees accrue continuously and are visible in real time by monitoring the share supply.
