# Vault Deprecation Risk

After a <mark style="color:green;">Shutdown</mark>, the lov-Strategy vault may be deprecated if the external liquidity is no longer available, or if the underlying Strategy is no longer feasible for any reason. A lov-Strategy vault may also become deprecated if the yields for the yield-bearing token are no longer attractive, or the vault deposit TVL is too low.
