# Vault Deprecation Risk
After a Shutdown, the lov-Strategy vault may be deprecated if the external liquidity is no longer available, or if the underlying Strategy is no longer feasible for any reason. A lov-Strategy vault may also become deprecated if the yields for the yield-bearing token are no longer attractive, or the vault deposit TVL is too low.
